Inna Funk, Help Get Me Out?

I feel guilty soliciting you guys when I've posted all of jackshit these last few weeks, but I've had a hell of a weekend and I could really use a pick-me-up.

So, could you tell me something fun? I don't really care what. Something good that happened to you. A funny joke. A neat website. What tv-show/book/movie/comic do you really love right now? What's going on with you?

Anything's good. I just think it'd help me get out of my stupid emo slump if I can enjoy something vicarious through you guys a bit.

:-) Thanks!

Oh, and this never fails to lift my spirits, if just a little:

Also, I just finished reading Punisher MAX, which was pretty great. There's something really cathartic about the Punisher.

Also, I find it hard to take life seriously when looking at this:

I Just read the TT spotlight: Wonder Girl trade - i'd forgotten how much fun it was! lots of greek mythology, Cassie fighting tons of monsters and a really open and colourful art style. It mad eme smile.

I also read one of the Serneity minis - it's just like the tv show! same feel, same dialogue, same set up, it's pretty great.

A funk, eh? My suggestion if to go back and read all of your Justice League Quarterly books. If that doens't snap you out of it, nothing will.

Oh, and I suppose that reading about Snapper Carr would also cheer you up. Can't IMAGINE why, but different strokes and all that.

Aw thanks, guys. You really have brightened my day! I'm having fun looking at all the links, and will totally look at your comic suggestions too!

(Sally: Your hate of Snapper Carr is so delightfully misguided! He's adorable!)

I've been a long-time reader (1st time commenter) and in my expert (and humble!) opinion you are one of the more consistently entertaining writers in the comic book blogosphere.

Anyhow, I will attempt to put the Fizz back in your Pretty paradise.

I can not watch this without all-consumig laughter:

And here's a link to my site. Not sure if you'll like it, but It's got a bit of everything, from comics to music to movies to sports to gizmos....

    Chin up, woman!

I read this quoted at a different site yesterday and I don't know where it came from but:

I love you with all my butt; I'd say all my heart, but my butt is bigger.
