Man, that's one creepy villain. Is the mask supposed to be a reference to the Greek tragedy/comedy masks? Since he's an actor, I've always wondered.

Those scans are from the second arc of JSA Classified, Flidget. It was just recently released in a trade, but I don't recall the name (even though I bought it two weeks ago or so). It was a villains-centric story by Jan ven Meter, I think, and quite good.
