An Unholy Realization from the Unholy Three

Okay, so I was rereading the JSA Elseworld the Unholy Three (sequel to the Liberty Files), mostly because some scans were posted on Scans_Daily. And I noticed something I never noticed before.

Okay, so these are the first two pages of Unholy Three:

As you can see, it opens with this version of Sanderson Hawkins, a deep cover agent in Berlin, getting tortured to death.

But what I never registered? He's being tortured to death while tied to a chair on the stage of an abandoned theater.

I'm starting to think the comic writers are messing with my head...

    marionette: Hee, it's amusing sometime.

njgw: I remember that scene. But I'm not actually trying to point out a trend here. :-)

I pointed this out because the man being tortured in the first scene is actually the alternate universe version of the boy in the second scene.

He's just got really bad luck with theaters.

I could be wrong, but wasn't Psycho Pirate holed up in an abandoned theater back in "JSA Classified"? And didn't he mentally torture Power Girl onstage?

Another onstage torture scene involving a creepy dude in a theater mask and a JSA member?

I think you've happened upon a conspiracy of sorts. Spread the word before DiDio has you silenced!
    The world must know!!

This scene is so creepy, at least you you don't where the guy gets owned so bad on the uncensored version.
