Wahoo! Upgrade!

So I upgraded the blog to the NEW blogger! So far I don't see a whole lot of difference, but I've never been much for complicated coding, so I'm probably safe. :-)

I'm so NOT looking forward to back-tagging all my posts though. :-)

    With about 1500 posts, I'm not looking forward to back-tagging either, but I'm just doing it a little bit at a time (I do about five to ten posts during breakfast).

    Lotta work, but when I'm done? How rad!

    At least now you can do it all from the edit posts screen, all at once. When I did it, back in September as I upgraded templates (I went on beta in August), I had to do it one post at a time. eek ;)

    Back-tagging is just as not fun as you imagine it'll be. But it's finals week at the college, and these night shifts at the library are long (when people aren't frantically looking to check out reserve readings or ethernet cables, anyway), so it makes for a decent project to pass the time

    I haven't upgraded yet.

    Why do you have to backtag?
    I've got over 3600 posts; I considered tagging, but since I ramble and often discuss multiple subjects in a single post, I decided against it.

    bill: :-) I think time is something I'm short on right now. But then there's always next month.

    lis: I just like keeping things sortable. :-) Fortunately I don't have nearly as many posts to sort as you do. Eek

    I seriously freaking hate the new blogger, for the simple reason that you can't tab directly to the text entry box for word verification from the comment box, which is totally retarded. It seems like that would be simple to fix, and yet here we are being annoyed beyond reason.

    Or at least I am.
